Let's talk about Revolutionary Government of Federalism?
That's the question of how many of us asking how's President Duterte implement he's slogan campaign about the revolutionary government of Federalism.
Duterte seen the main problems of the Philippines that cannot be solved by himself.We need all Filipinos "netizen" are organized well to voice out and fight our rights to implement, this NEW constitution of Revolutionary government powers of Fideralism. This is our chance to "have a new change and new hopes".So we are calling those millions of people who voted him and give him a power on hes position Let's stand by him and support till the end of he's term.
among of the previous administration trying to set up this government with revolutionary powers to pave the way for federalism but its failed because of LP are contradicted this matter.The main object of this, is to enable the government and switch to Federalism with parliamentary system.But it's instate interest of some local and other's foreign (UN) had to resist to change our government system, another failed!.They had been more several times on debates with this information about Federalism but it has been dispersed.President Duterte wants to perceived to change even though some of the government official are not favor with this government revolutionary powers of Federalism.
Federalism with federal government is the way to solve our country from corruption,criminality,drugs and other source of problem to our nation.
What can we expect to protect this new constitution, to our existing state of affairs to change our Federalism parliamentary government?So far we are in contradictory part of the other side and other half side.so, what we should do? the answered is,We need a revolution to do with all the powers and advantages and reserve. To implement, to change our government system including our constitutional.We have a presidential unitary system but have no function.That's the main reason why many of Filipino citizens wanting to change our government constitution and also our government structure with a new Constitution to bind us together as one nation.
That's why we do need a government with revolutionary powers, without this powers we can't able to change the presidential unitary system that has excluded marginal sectors and the society of greed engenders. In fact this the main source problem in our government.One of the Congressman said the 1987 Constitution cannot be amended with it's own provisions for amendment – by constitutional convention, constituent assembly or people’s initiative.
The people’s initiative was added on the 1987 Constitution as a concession to the EDSA people's power revolution. In the constitutional convention it said, the people's as sovereign took a charge.For a new Constitution would had to acknowledge,People's power revolution it could be happen again but it may be violent. EDSA might have been peaceful but the danger of violence breaking out was foremost in the minds of the drafters.
The compromise was reached when people’s initiative was accepted but it was left to the elite and oligarchs or their subalterns to set up rigorous rules that would make it impossible to implement. And it was left by then I have to participated in three people’s initiatives and had to say so!.Congressman added
In Such a long time for being Mayor in Davao City Duterte doesn't have a plan to run as Presidential Candidacy but through the challenge of Filipino netizens they wanted to change our garbage government system. In fact it was too late to accept hes candidacy as President because he doesn't have enough such funds, money or organization but through the revolution of people's as a Victory he won the election.
How would President Duterte implement Federalism?under the system power it is divided into a central national government and local government. it gives the real sovereignty to a local government units while national defense, currency and foreign affairs,would be the prerogative of the national government.
However Duterte is in power now,Netizens people watching him of what he meant to say to hes advocacy “I have to stop criminality and corruption. I have to fix this government. I won’t do it if you want to place me there with the solemn pledge to stick to the rules,” he said.
Our desire for change is there. Duterte must pushed his government to meet those ends, not to disappoint the millions who voted him into power. He has been given by a power in, election not after a revolution. To those who ask what is government with revolutionary powers it means doing what we needs to be done instead of following those who don't want change.and Let's be vigilant some of the official government wanted to ruin Duterte adminstration wanted him to ousted through the ground of Police movements by "Drugs on war"be observant all!!
